What comes with my Kozy couch?

Each single Kozy comes with two square cushions which are 33 in. X 33 in. X 5 in. and one wedge cushion that is 22 in. X 13.5 in. X 12 in. The double Kozy consists of four square cushions and two wedge cushions (exactly double!). 

How long can I keep my Kozy in the box?

We don't recommend keeping your Kozy in the box for longer than 30 days after delivery. Keeping it boxed up longer than 30 days could affect the foam.

What is the Kozy made out of?

The Kozy is made with CertiPUR-US® polyurethane foam and a soft, durable polyester fabric. The foam is 1.8 lb/ft2 foam rated at 37 Indentation Loan Deflection (IDL) units which is strong enough for building, yet comfortable enough to sleep on!

Is the foam safe?

The foam is CertiPUR-US® certified to be:

Made without ozone depletesMade without PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardantsMade without mercury, lead and other heavy metalsMade without formaldehydeMade without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety CommissionLow VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 part per million)

In addition to being certified by a globally trusted independent non-profit agency, we also test the material with our own independent laboratory.

We pull units from every single production run to test the material (foam, fabric and zippers!) at our independent lab to ensure it meets our high-quality standard and the product is in compliance with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulations.

Should I let my Kozy Couch “relax” after unboxing?

Nope! Kozy is ready for fun as soon as it is unboxed. The wrinkles and compression from packaging will work itself out after a few days!

Can I wash my Kozy? What if it gets stained?

Don’t worry! Light spills and stains can be spot treated using your cleaner of preference. The Kozy cover can also be machine washed in cold water with mild detergent on a gentle cycle. The cover should air dry to prevent shrinkage. Do not machine wash the foam.

Is there a product guarantee?

The Kozy comes with a one-year warranty on the Kozy for manufacturing defects such as stitching and zippers. The warranty replacement is only issued for couches purchased directly from our website. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Can I return my Kozy?

The Kozy is delivered sealed directly from our headquarters to ensure quality and safety. The Kozy cannot be returned once the packaging is opened due to safety concerns. We do accept returns for fully sealed, unopened couches. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to the return shipping and restocking fees as listed below. The refund will be issued when the items are received by our warehouse and inspected to ensure they were unopened.

Can I cancel my order?

Kozy couches ordered on pre-order cannot be cancelled after 5 business days. Regular orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment.

Once the shipping label is printed, the order cannot be cancelled.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is on us! Shipping within the contiguous United States is always free! We do ship to Alaska + Hawaii for a small fee.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

We proudly ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Shipping expenses are as follows:

Double Kozy - $85

Cover - $15

Wedge - $20

My shipment was not delivered. What do I do?

Contact us immediately! All shipping issues (missing package, damage, etc.) must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery notification.

If the issue is not reported within 24 hours, we may not be able to help.
